Magnolia sinensis flower

Over the summer we removed a buggy pine tree that was just not living up to my expectations. This fall we planted a Magnolia in its place. The dogs will miss finding the pine cones in the garden, but I think they will enjoy the lemon-scented magnolia flowers.
